Basic Recipe Crumble Dough
Another basic recipe! This time it’s a recipe for the sweet, crumbly dough you can use on top of fruity oven dishes and pies alike. Sometimes I put it on cakes, too!
- 150 gr Butter
- 250 gr Flour
- 125 gr Sugar
- pinch of salt
Cut the cold butter into cubes and add the flour, sugar and salt. Mix with your hands and rub the ingredients together to create crumbs. Sprinkle the crumbs evenly on top of your pie, crumble or any other sweet dish.
Preheat the oven to 180°C
Bake for 20-30 minutes, until the crumbs are nice and golden.
